What Thanksgiving traditions are you most looking forward to sharing or starting with your kids?
Thanksgiving has always been my favorite holiday since it is all about family, food, and being thankful and not material things. I would say that is the main thing I want to pass along, to remember on this day, if no other, we are so fortunate. – Alanna
We don't do anything too exciting for Thanksgiving because it's just us. We stay in our sweats all day and just relax together and enjoy the fact that my husband doesn't have to work! We do make a big turkey, stuffing, potatoes, veggies, etc. for lunch on Thanksgiving day. Then we do sandwiches for dinner. My husband's office overlooks the Macy's Day Parade route so last year we went to his office and watched from his balcony so we may do that again. Last year Gus loved the train ride more than the parade though! – Jen
Our neighborhood has a big 3 mile Turkey Trot that everyone wears costumes to. It is a ton of fun to all get together Thanksgiving morning and run. This year I won't run but I will walk and of course dress up! - Lisa
